Our partner on delivery is UPS.You may choose the delivery method you prefer between Standard, Expedited and Express. Remember that the delivery times include working days only.

Shipping Information for U.E. countries

• For order up Euro 500 the shipment is free. (only for parcels with weight less than 10 kilos)
• For orders under Euro 500 will be considered a partial shipping charge between Euro 15 and 40 (if you prefer economical shipment it will be charged for about 10/20 Euro but the delivery will be about in 3/4 weeks) 

Shipping Information for non. U.E. countries  (USA and Canada)

• For orders higher Euro 500  the shipment will be free and effected using UPS expedited. (only for parcels with weight less than 10 kilos)
• For orders under Euro 500 will be considered a partial shipping charge of Euro 30 and 50 Please note that delivery times are only estimates (except for shipping methods with a guaranteed delivery time), and apply from the time your order leaves our warehouse, not from the time you place your order.

Customs duties and taxes (non-U.E. destinations)

Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Martina Lace charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information. For all shipments in Italy is included of IVA 20%.

Tracking your delivery with UPS

You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the UPS courier.
You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in the order, or in the Delivery Confirmation e-mail.
Registered MARTINA users can also check the status of their orders from the MY ORDERS.
The UPS courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with an UPS contact number.
Undelivered parcels will be returned to the MARTINA warehouse
